Village for Child Care – for 10,000 children

He said to start an orphanage in my house. I planned to expand it once we have funding and I made what looked like a large dormitory, for about 100 kids. I was happy with my plan. But God said immediately that it was too small!

OK, so I doubled it by making TWO model dorms. No, no, no, ITS TOO SMALL! and he showed me the number of kids he wanted me to care for was not 100, or 200 …. but 10,000 ….

GAK!!! Bear in mind there are about 2 million children living in stress, only in the Philippines. Egypt has over 25 million children at risk. George Mueller in England in the 1800s took care of several thousand children on his own, and NEVER did fund raising. If George can take care of 2000 a hundred years ago, then why can we not with God’s direction and instruction take care of 10,000?

Anyway I was choking on his request but finally threw caution to the wind and said, OK, you want it larger! How about an entire university campus! And he said yes exactly! I AM GOD and you must not plan only what you can do in your own strength but must stretch the vision as large as you can and see what I CAN DO.

This idea of a managed child’s village he said will become famous and draw funding from International, National Corporate, and Family sources.

Children cannot be left on their own and need to be in a family. He said we must work to reduce the barriers to adoption, and we plan to ask couples to host up to 10 kids in a home we may build for them, and with various means we can earn an income on site, such as fish farming or by owning cash crop agriculture ventures, we can help these families to feed and care for these kids. 10,000 children in 1,000 homes, but these homes do not yet exist, not within a village that we will create and manage. If there were some way to build 1,000 homes, basic homes, but nice homes, and do it not within 100 years but within 5 or 10 it becomes more plausible. When we found out that yes people are actually making entire houses in prefabricated wall sections and delivering them onto site and securing them together in less than a day, maybe half a day, and if we can set up a simple work space to pour the walls of a simple house design but to make ten sets in a day, then we have the capability of building 200 houses or more a month. We could even create an entire housing village of simple but pretty and enjoyable house designs even up to 1,000 homes … in only 6 to 9 months. There is no need to rush! But the obstacles to achieving a 10,000-child care village fall away with prayer, inspiration and insight from the Holy Spirit.

The next thing he said was to make a similar village for elderly care …
